HOW TO GET YOUR ORDER
1. PICK UP IN PERSON
Use: "Client will Pickup at Event / Office / Warehouse"
Selecting this option is for when arrangements will be made for the client (you) to pick up directly from the seller (us) at an event we have confirmed attendance at, from a physical location in NE Calgary (available Monday to Friday during regular business hours) or at our Warehouse (Didsbury). Please ensure a note is left in the comments section of the order or send us an accompanying email to email@example.com.
If none of these options are feasible, we recommend selecting a shipping option.
When shipping is selected for an order, items are shipping via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
We always try to get our clients their shipment as quickly as we possibly can. When you check out please ensure your shipping address is correct for Canada Post. We cannot be responsible if your order does not get to you because you have provided the incorrect address.
Shipping Domestically (within Canada)
We ship with Canada Post, and shipping charges are based on dimensions and weight; however, often flat items (such as labels, geocoins and trackable tags) can be shipped in a more economical way within Canada only. For clients in the United States and International, please see next section. For shipping within Canada, check the restrictions here:

See below for examples. Items shipped with this method will not include tracking or insurance. If your package does not arrive in a timely manner, there is nothing we can do to check on the status of the parcel as there is no tracking number. We cannot prevent or detect delays due to Canada Post or your local postal office; however, we have never had a parcel not arrive at the intended destination. Some just take longer than others.

USA and International Shipping:
As of 2018, the shipping regulations changed. There is no middleground for small, non document type parcels. There is lettermail, small packet and tracked packet.
